Day 1 – Check in at 4 pm

4 to 5 – Exploration of the grounds, beach, and local area

5pm – Group Discovery

6pm – Dinner

7 to 9pm – Workshop with Chantal (Interactive exercises, meditation)

9pm – Evening refreshments served

9pm to bedtime – work on assignments, explore beach and local area

Day 2

8 am to 9 am –  Healthy Breakfast
