You’ll have a chance to get started on the path to maintaining peace of mind, and learn new relationship tools that make the love you want easy to achieve. You can take some easy, healthy cooking classes, learn mindful eating that has your body and mind running at an optimal level, and clear your spirit of blocks, all while letting the ocean lift your spirits and soothe your soul.

You’ll have opportunities to choose whether to partake in lessons, have a healing session, take some alone time to walk on the beach, share fun social activities, or sit down 1 on 1 with each of your retreat hosts. There will be group exercises, as well as time to complete specific exercises solo. You’re going to dig deep and go home with a renewed energy, inspired and confident to take that next step.
