How do I not look down when I am dealing with an insecurity in front of my bf? It makes him sad because I know he wants to help but I don't want to vomit, especially if I don't have a solution yet. I reassure him and tell him that I'm just working through something in my head and that I love him, but he feels down that he can't help. Should I just start leaving the FaceTime calls to deal with my issues and then come back so that I don't spread the negativity? I don't want him to worry while we're both alone though. Thank you!
